Mother’s Day on the Central Coast 2026

Mother’s Day falls on Sunday, 10 May 2026. If you call the Coast home, or you’re looking for something a little different this year, the NSW Central Coast has plenty to offer. Most venues are under 90 minutes from Sydney, and the range of options is broader than most people expect – from waterfront lunches and high tea to alpaca brunches.

Popular venues fill up fast, so if something here catches your eye, book sooner rather than later.

Mother’s Day Dining on the NSW Central Coast

Saddles Mount White

Saddles sits about 45 minutes north of Sydney at Mount White, and it makes a strong case for skipping the city altogether on Mother’s Day. Voted one of the most beautiful restaurants in the world by Condé Nast Traveller, the main restaurant serves a long lunch on Sunday 10 May overlooking a glassy lake, with paddock-to-plate Australian produce at the centre of the menu.
